Do you have a complaint or compliment to make? If so contact the Practice Manager.
All complaints are treated seriously and although you may need to make an appointment you will be given the opportunity to discuss your problem at length with the Practice Manager. Alternatively, in the first instance you can put your complaint in writing addressed to the Practice Manager and either post or hand in at Reception.
Your complaint will be fully investigated and the outcome discussed with yourself. You will receive written confirmation of the outcome within 5 working days.
